I'm a new Mama to my beautiful Lil (see right), a wife, full-time manager, part-time massage therapist & doula, and doer of many artsy fartsy things. I love the color green and the smell of banana boat sun-tanning oil. I am passionate about women's health, birth, and crochet. I was addicted to Pinterest and Rosemont bread (the latter is still a struggle....). For the first time in my life I am spending some serious time on my health and making positive changes towards a better life.
We only have one body in this life, we might as well treat it right.
